Survey Report on Air Travel

Purpose of the Survey

This report is the summary of the survey on Air Travel. The aim of the survey was to know how to determine the reasons that influence Air Travel. The questions of this survey beat around the reasons of Air Travel and the fear of Air Travel.

Methodology

Most of the respondents have taken an airplane. Most of them come from North America. The survey was made up of ten questions and some of them interrogated on the attack of September 11, 2001 and bad experiences during an airplane trip. Those questions are in the survey on Air Travel.

Results

The results inform us of multiple reasons that can influence the transport by airplane.
Influence on Air Travel
some personal purposes:
Job 53.1%
Vacationing 78.1%
to Visit someone 37.5%
Other 6.2%
To be affraid of:
Vertigo 3.1%
Terrorism 18.8%
Mechanical Problems 46.9%
Turbulence 15.6%
Other 18.8%
( other respondents are not affraid)
In spite of the fact that many people are affraid to get on airplane, most of them take it for the Summer Holidays. Mechanical problems are in the majority the first fear of people.
Analysis
The majority of people are affraid to get an airplane for their Summer Holidays or any other purposes, but many other passengers travel for their job. The usefulness of airplanes for jobs is over fifty percent. In teh results of this survey, there are in the majority women who have taken an airplane, more often than men supposed families of respondents. This is unlike what many people thought, because mother was to take care of her children. Also, some respondents claimed to be slightly affected by the events of September 11, 2001.
Conclusion
Many reasons influence Air Travel. But somebody claimed that the airplane is better than bus or car or many other means of transportation, when we want to go in an other country faraway. The results of the survey confirm that many people get airplanes but several of them are afraid to get it, mainly because of mechanical problems. However, before traveling, respondents claimed that they were not afraid. To know if many people were afraid before getting in an airplane was the aim of this survey.

Montreal

Montreal city is mainly made up of districts like, Chinatown, the Downtown, Latino district, etc. There are many different cultures, nationalities and religions because there are so many people coming from every country all around the world. When I was child, I wasn’t able to see these differences that makes Montreal a unique city throughout Canada. But now, these aspects are obvious to me, because I met friends of different nationalities living here. The employment on Montreal Island is easy to find for everyone, whether educated or not. In the end, Montreal has a lot of history like the Patriotic War, that gives Montreal the province of Quebec its freedom.
